1. –Yes we come out to your residence or business and give free on the spot estimates. Our technicians come prepared to do the job immediately if you are happy with the price.

How long does it take for my furniture/carpet/mattress to dry?

1. –It typically take 3-4 hours for carpet, rugs, and furniture to dry after being cleaned.

Whats the difference between steaming and shampoo? Which is better?

1. –Steam cleaning sanitizes the surface using heat. Shampooing deep cleans and actually removed dirt from deep down in your carpet furniture and rugs.

Do you dry clean?

1. –Yes we use a dry clean powder. This removes odor, dust and dirt from the carpets and furniture. It rarely removes stains and spots.

Are the cleaning supplies safe for pets and children?

1. –All of our cleaning supplies are pet and child safe. We are a very green company. We do not use anything toxic on furniture and carpets because we know that safety is important when you have pets and children running around.

How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?

1. –While we can often accommodate same day service, we suggest calling at least 1 day in advance to set up an appointment.
